We offer three recently renovated apartments, designed for comfort, privacy, and a perfect holiday experience. Each apartment features a private terrace, independent entrance, and access to the shared garden. The location is ideal for exploring Tuscany’s cultural, scenic, and culinary highlights.

The charming village of Ghizzano, internationally recognized for art and cultural events, is nearby, as well as Peccioli, rich in artistic and cultural attractions. Major Tuscan art cities, such as Pisa, Florence, Siena, Lucca, San Gimignano, and Volterra, are easily reachable by car. Pietrone is also perfect for those combining holiday and remote work, thanks to the ultra-fast Starlink internet connection. All our apartments are equipped with air conditioning.

The Garden

Here, you will experience the beauty of the countryside, surrounded by olive groves, organic gardens, natural trails, and panoramic views, a true retreat for those seeking relaxation, nature, and culture.

Our family extends a warm welcome, ready to assist with anything you may need. Fluent in Italian, English, and German, we manage the land, oversee general maintenance, tend to the garden, maintain the pool, and most importantly, ensure the happiness of our guests. As we reside on the premises, our assistance is readily available whenever you require it.

Here at Pietrone, you may encounter our cat or our hens, inhabitants of our expansive garden. Additionally, we take pride in our organic vegetable garden, providing fresh produce for most of the year, and our 30 olive trees yield exceptional organic olive oil. Pietrone is more than just accommodation; it is our life project, and we are eager to share it with you!

A mere five minutes away lies the picturesque village of Ghizzano, renowned for its “Via Verde” and various free-to-visit artistic installations. The location serves as an ideal base for cultural and culinary excursions, as well as exploration of charming small villages. For outdoor enthusiasts, the surrounding trails offer spectacular views of the Tuscan countryside, making it perfect for trekking or cycling adventures.

Pietrone’s strategic location facilitates exploration of Tuscany’s cultural, scenic, and gastronomic wonders. Accessible via a dirt road approximately 150 meters from the main road, the house is isolated yet conveniently close to amenities. The nearest village boasts a bar, a grocery store, and a bakery, while a larger supermarket is just a 15-minute drive away. A car is essential for reaching our secluded haven.

The house’s isolation is balanced by its proximity to the main road, allowing swift access to iconic destinations such as San Gimignano, Volterra, Peccioli, Lajatico, and other charming locales. Furthermore, the sea is a mere 45-minute drive, and within a ten-minute radius, you’ll discover the exquisite Castelfalfi Resort, renowned for its exceptional Golf Club.
